New York Music Stores

The ipod and other MP3 player seems to have opened New York music stores inside everyone's head.

You can’t walk anywhere here without seeing wires sticking out of peoples ears and hear sounds coming out.

I’m as passionate about all types of sounds as anyone else.

Classical, Jazz, World, Latin, African, Roots, Folk, Ambient, Blues, Country, Electronic, Rock, Electronic, Soul, Reggae, or Gospel Music.

It’s all good.

If You want it, you got it.

Being chronologically challenged I’m old enough to remember when people would actually listen to AM and FM radio. When music came on vinyl records, 8 track tapes and cassettes before CD’s.

These Shops & Stores have always been places to explore and discover.

Places to schmooz, congregate, collect and come together with the like minded or lose yourself in thought (unfamiliar territory for many in an hyper stimulated get er’ down world).
