A West village treasure trove for guitar heros and those who seek to imitate them. Umanov does one thing only guitars. These folks eat, sleep and sh*t guitars. Smart and savvy pro’s. Check them out and who knows maybe you’ll bump into Steve Earle or other visiting musicians musicians.

Should you find yourself in the ultra crowded Times Square Theater District. Rudy's Music Stop is one of the last of the Mohicans in terms of guitar shops left on 48th Street. If you are an aspiring guitar God in the making, Rudy’s Rocks! Well worth visiting even if you are a tad short wanting to purchase the vintage guitars on display.

If you were to imagine a big box guitar shopping center, this would fit the profile. This may or may not be every ones cup of tea but WTF. They do have the consumer guitar goods. Go check them out for yourself and have your own experience.
